The Cleveland Cavaliers play the Indiana Pacers early on Thursday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, moneyline odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet on BetMGM.

The game tips off at 3:00 p.m. ET and can be seen on Fox Sports Ohio (CLE) and Fox Sports Indiana (IND).

Both teams enter the game at 3-1 on the season, but perhaps heading in different directions. In their first game since losing Kevin Love to a calf injury, the Cavaliers managed just 86 points in a loss to the Knicks. The Pacers most recently split a two-game series with the Celtics. The Cavs and Pacers played twice in the preseason, with the Cavs winning both games.

The Pacers will be without T.J. Warren, Jeremy Lamb, Brian Bowen II and Goga Bitadze, while the Cavs will be missing Kevin Love, Isaac Okoro, Matthew Dellavedova, Kevin Porter Jr. and Dylan Windler.

Advice and prediction

The Pacers went 2-1 against the Cavs last season, but with Kevin Love out for Cleveland and both Victor Oladipo and Domantas Sabonis playing at a high level for Indiana, I like the Pacers to pull off the win here. I like the Pacers -4.5 first half spread – they’re the better team and should take control of the game early on, but could cruise in the second half and allow the Cavaliers to potentially get within cover range.

For the total, I like the under 220.5. The Pacers aren’t an especially high-scoring team and will be missing the production of Warren, and while I don’t expect the Cavs to be held to 86 again, I don’t think either team reaches the 120-point mark.

Prediction: Pacers 112, Cavaliers 97
